Visitors: |
The overall mission of our division is to fully characterize the swine diseases of the gastrointes?tinal tract (GI) caused by Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV), Transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), Porcine rotavirus (PoRV), Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2), Porcine Parvovirus (PPV) and so on, and to develop effective measures and products to control these diseases. The research interests focus on: 1). etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, the protective immune responses of the swine infectious GI pathogens; 2). the design and development of diagnostic technology, vaccines, antiviral antibodies and cytokines to control the diseases.
